Growing up, I always watched my dad fix things around the house, which first sparked my interest in the trades. I’ve been in the construction industry for 19 years, working across nearly every aspect of the field.
About 10 years ago, I found my passion in remodeling and finishing basements—and I’ve been focused on it ever since. There’s something gratifying about turning an underused space into a place families truly enjoy. I’m grateful to all my clients, friends, and mentors who’ve supported me. I take real pride in my work and look forward to helping you create a home you’ll love for years to come.
John Tapp: Drywall Finish
John brings over 45 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, intensely focusing on drywall work. He’s known for being responsive, friendly, and incredibly detail-oriented. Whether it’s a quick question or a project update, John is always easy to reach and happy to help.
Straight out of high school, he started in drywall and has worked on a wide range of residential and commercial jobs across Utah and beyond. John takes pride in showing up on time, solving problems quickly, and ensuring every job is finished and cleaned up correctly.
When he’s not on a job site, you’ll likely find him riding his dirt bike with friends or spending time at Bear Lake with his family. He’s a proud Papa to three grandkids and brings that same care and dedication to every project he takes on.

Chris Johnston is a master electrician with over 24 years of hands-on field experience, demonstrating his extensive skills and deep industry knowledge.
