This basement was finished in a more modern style that focused on durable and kid-friendly finishes. LVP flooring was used in the main areas to increase the durability of the play area, family room, and kitchen. The bathroom has an upgraded vanity, sink, and tile surround for the shower.

The owners of this home/basement are a little older and wanted the space to focus more on their needs. We completed a nice exercise room and added a nice but not over the top theater room option. The laundry room was added with the hope that kids and grandkids would come for extended periods in the future.
