The owners of this home/basement are a little older and wanted the space to focus more on their needs. We completed a nice exercise room and added a nice but not over-the-top theater room option. The laundry room was added with the hope that kids and grandkids would come for extended periods.

This basement was finished in a more modern style focused on durable and kid-friendly finishes. LVP flooring was used in the main areas to increase the durability of the play area, family room, and kitchen. The bathroom has an upgraded vanity, sink, and tile surround for the shower.

This nice basement is finished with a three-tone paint job and a fully upgraded bathroom. The clients use shades of tan to keep the basement finishes consistent with the main floor finishes.

This beautiful basement is finished by the lake and near the golf course. They included a small kitchen and maintained plenty of room for a pool table. They added two bathrooms to the basement. One is an en-suite bathroom finished with a fully tiled walk-in shower.
