Step 1: Consultation & Bid

We begin by visiting your home to assess the materials we're working with. Our team will walk you through the process, listen to your thoughts, and offer suggestions based on our years of experience. We've worked with a wide range of budgets, so whether you're envisioning custom cabinets and a spacious kitchen or want some attractive tile work, we can usually find a way to make it happen. Sometimes, that means getting creative with alternatives, which is one of our strengths.

After we've discussed everything, we'll compile a detailed bid that outlines precisely what we've agreed upon. No surprises or hidden stuff – just a clear breakdown of what's included, what it'll cost, and where you might be able to make changes if you need to. We want you to feel good about the whole thing from day one, not like you're signing up for something you don't understand.

Step 2: Drawings & Permits

Once you give us the green light, we'll draw up the technical plans for your basement, allowing you to see precisely what we plan to build. We'll also take care of all the permit stuff for you. West Jordan requires permits for basement work, which is a good thing; it means an inspector will check that everything is done right and up to code. Step 3: Construction

When it's time to start construction, we follow a reliable process that keeps everything on track and ensures top-quality craftsmanship. After your basement passes its final city inspection, we'll schedule a final walkthrough with you. If something isn't quite right, we'll take care of it within five business days, promptly and without hassle. We're not done until you're pleased with the result.
