Our 4-Step Proven Process
We’ve finished many basements over the years, and we’ve learned that a strong process makes a big difference. Here’s what you can expect when you work with us.
Step 1: Consultation & Bid
We’ll meet with you at your home, walk through the basement, and talk about what you’d like to do with the space. After the visit, we’ll put together an itemized bid so you can see what the project will cost and what’s included.
Step 2: Plans & Permits
Once you decide to move forward, we’ll work out the final layout and prepare the drawings for your basement. We’ll also submit the permits and take care of that process for you before construction starts.
Step 3: Construction
The build will take 12 weeks. We’ll follow the specifications of the bid exactly. Keep you informed and updated throughout the process. Schedule and pass all city safety inspections.
Step 4: Final Walkthrough
When the work is done, call for a final inspection and pass the inspection. Then we’ll walk through the basement with you, go over everything together, and create a final punch list of minor items that need to be addressed. We’ll handle these in a few days.
